Event Details:
Our most popular event of the year is back!
Bring family, friends and coworkers and join the AFWA Seattle-Bellevue Chapter for our annual scholarship fundraiser — with desserts! Join us for a fun night to support future accounting students in the beautifully appointed dining room at Women’s University Club.
The evening starts with our Silent Auction tables. Have a glass of wine, stock up for the holidays, and enjoy bidding on handmade desserts, gift baskets and other crafts made by members.
Arrive Early!! Silent Auction Bidding Starts at 6:00 pm.
As dinner wraps up, the Live Auction starts–with the wild and crazy bidding war over cakes–and each table has a chance to win at least one gorgeous cake! Can you beat the highest bidder for the coveted coconut cake?
Reservation closes at 5pm on Sunday, November 16, 2025.

Can’t make it to the event or would like to help more? There are other ways to contribute:
- Make a credit card donation to the scholarship fund via our website.
- Donate a silent auction item – provide a home-made dessert, non-dessert food item, or other crafts for the silent auction. Sign up for silent auction donations on our Google Sheet or email [email protected] to tell us about your item, including the estimate of the fair market value and whether or not it has nuts. Please let us know by Tuesday, November 18th.
- Underwrite a live auction cake – these are the super-special cakes that we hope will raise $500 or more (each) – PLUS entertainment for all – during the wild and crazy live bidding process. Email [email protected] if you want to underwrite a cake.
- Volunteer – We are looking for a few people to help us set up and run the event on the night of the auction. If you are interested or would like more information, please email [email protected]
